When you visit our site, we collect your browser type and IP address. This information is gathered for all visitors. In addition, we store certain information from your browser using "cookies." These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser.

  • To process transactions. We do not process or store your credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed by Paypal, a leading internet payment gateway, to collect your credit card details and authorize the transaction.

  • To send periodic emails. The email address you provide at registration will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your account, e.g., password reminders. If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information, public or private, other than for the express purpose of delivering the service requested. This restriction does not include website hosting partners and other trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. 4. Invitations to Other Users

Registered organization members can invite people to view their pages or join the site by sending invitations via email. We store the email addresses provided in order to facilitate invitation reminders to the same person. We do not sell or rent these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations. Recipients of invitations from Impact Match may contact us to request the removal of their email addresses from our database.

5. Our Commitment to Data Security

To maintain data accuracy and protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We restrict access to personal information to Impact Match employees and employees of third-party service providers who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. All supplied credit card information is encrypted and transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to our payment gateway provider, only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and required to keep the information confidential.

Members may edit or delete any of their information at any time by logging into their account. Information will be updated immediately. Deleted information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time, but will not be generally available to anyone.
